We’re hiring Kitchen Supervisors at our NEW Littleton location!
Our Kitchen Supervisors are an important part of our operations. The Kitchen supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations at their location during their shifts. As the Kitchen Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting Call Your Mother’s high operational standards by continuing to hold yourself and your team members to the provided checklists, recipe specs, and other standardized tools. You’ll do this while keeping our Values (“VIBES”) in mind.

Requirements

• Prior hospitality experience is not required. We believe that the best individuals come with varied backgrounds and experiences. We value work ethic, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude more than anything else.
• Can work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays. We are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Responsibilities

• Train new kitchen staff and continuously re-train all kitchen staff to maintain standards
• Assign and/or complete daily prep amounts (fish, veggies, etc), as required by location
• Maintain clean kitchen areas, to include daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks
• Maintain TurboChef ovens in top condition, including a weekly deep clean of each part, back of the ovens and wall behind them
• Hold kitchen team members accountable for punctuality, behavior, and work performance
• Run a smooth service to include fast ticket times, order accuracy, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes
• Follow continuous training and specs. Adapt to procedural and/or menu changes
• Maintain clean kitchen areas and equipment, to include daily cleaning tasks and weekly deep cleaning tasks
• Be a strong part of a smooth service to include fast ticket times, order accuracy, and adherence to CYM standards and recipes
• Can work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays. We are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
