Requirements

• 2 years of full-service restaurant kitchen experience as a line cook preferre.
• State-specific licenses or certificates, as needed.

• Manage line and prep production to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen through proper food ordering, receiving, and storage.
• Train and coach kitchen staff effectively.
