About The Position
This position is responsible for the daily supervision of the Skilled Nursing dietary staff, dining room, and daily kitchen operations. The role involves following and performing duties in adherence to Company Dining Policy and Procedures according to the Dining Services Policy and Procedure Manual. The supervisor will monitor production and serving of food in accordance with established portion control procedures and ensure that food follows prescribed modified and therapeutic diets, nutrition/hydration requirements, and resident preferences. Additionally, the supervisor will assist with ordering of all food and non-food items required by the community and remain knowledgeable of all menus and descriptions of diets.
