Oasis Club at Championsgate is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor/Expo! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare food orders in a timely manner to ensure proper stocking to meet demand
- Assist in expediting orders and facilitating efficient workflows to ensure guest order accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in the development of menu items and recipes
- Develop food prep lists
- Maintain and monitor budgeted food costs and work closely with the senior culinary leader
- Maintain sanitation standards and assist with health department inspections
- Conduct monthly inventory counts of food and other supplies
- Monitor and receive all ordered food products and supplies; ensure proper storage and FIFO rotation
- Assist the department manager in interviewing, training, planning, assigning, and directing work
- Maintain a presence at the expo window
