About The Position
The position involves essential duties and responsibilities focused on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen environment. The individual will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and storing kitchen equipment, glassware, and utensils according to industry standards within specified timelines. Additionally, the role requires a working knowledge of necessary cleaning equipment and the ability to alert management of any equipment failures or maintenance needs. Documentation of completed tasks will be required using both opening and closing checklists, along with any other duties as assigned.
