Kitchen Staff – Harpoon Brewery, Windsor, VT (Part-Time & Full-Time Available) Barrel One Collective Job Summary Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, Vermont, is hiring Kitchen Staff to join our team. These are hourly roles with both part-time and full-time schedules available.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required – we provide training
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Comfort standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and slicing ingredients
• Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, grills, and ovens
• Prepare and plate food according to company recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas
• Support inventory and supply ordering as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment
