About The Position

The Dedicated Kitchen Team Member is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced trampoline park environment. This role ensures high food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards while delivering an excellent guest experience for families, birthday parties, and group events.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items (pizza, snacks, party platters, beverages, etc.) according to company recipes and standards
  • Assemble and package food orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety compliance
  • Assist with party food preparation and event orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory
  • Monitor ingredient levels and notify management of shortages
  • Ensure timely delivery of food orders during peak hours and events
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding orders
  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude when interacting with guests
