The Moscow Food Co-op seeks Kitchen Staff to wash dishes, utensils, and cookware in our kitchen as well as stock the prepared food supplies. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work quickly and efficiently while operating in a team-centered environment. Must be punctual, dependable, able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions; able to lift 50 pounds and spend long hours on your feet. The Kitchen Staff is responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager with providing excellent customer service by providing customers and staff with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware and equipment while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Kitchen Staff support kitchen operations by washing dishes and stocking dishes as well as stocking the prepared foods. This position will work closely with the Kitchen Manager on achieving goals for customer service, sales, labor, and margin.
