About The Position
Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company in Worcester, MA is hiring Kitchen Staff to join their team. The company is home to world-class imperial beers and a lively taproom. They are looking for energetic individuals, welcoming those looking to start a career in the food industry or those with prior kitchen experience. These are hourly roles with both part-time and full-time schedules available.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Comfort standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and slicing ingredients
- Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, grills, and ovens
- Prepare and plate food according to company recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas
- Support inventory and supply ordering as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment
