Kitchen Special Diet Coordinator
About The Position
The Kitchen Special Diet Coordinator is a seasonal, full-time position with potential opportunities for year-round employment. The position requires availability for days and weekends in April and days, nights, and weekends from May to September. The Special Diet Coordinator position entails working with guests who have food allergies, guests who have specific eating preferences (i.e.: vegetarian and vegan), as well as guests with genetic disorders (i.e.: PKU). The Special Diet Coordinator is responsible for creating menus that accommodate guests’ special diet requirements for meals while attending Cooperstown Dreams Park.
