Requirements

  • Previous experience in casual dining or food management is preferred.
  • Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to manage shifts effectively while leading a diverse team.
  • Experience with inventory control processes within a food service environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Oversee food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is functional.
  • Prepare shift reports detailing sales, inventory levels, and staffing needs.
