Requirements
- Previous experience in casual dining or food management is preferred.
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to manage shifts effectively while leading a diverse team.
- Experience with inventory control processes within a food service environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Oversee food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is functional.
- Prepare shift reports detailing sales, inventory levels, and staffing needs.
