About The Position

Back of House Team Leader - Ensuring high standards of quality service and cleanliness. Every single person on the Chick-fil-A team has a special role to play in powering the business. To support our amazing team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader of Back of House. This person will be responsible for assisting the Director Team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role in a high volume environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be available to work Saturdays and major holidays.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional taste of food and ensuring that guests have a positive and timely dinning experience
Monitoring food quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
Coach and mentor team members for improved work performance
Training and developing team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting with labor management to ensure proper staffing levels and labor cost controls.
Collaborating with other leaders to problem solve day to day issues that arise and to minimize hindrances the team may display during their day
Fosters a culture of caring.
Upholding Chick-fil-A's values and culture by leading by example and demonstrating integrity, respect, and excellence in all aspects of the job.
Assists with the in-restaurant operation as needed.
