About The Position

Back of House Team Leader - Ensuring high standards of quality service and cleanliness. Every single person on the Chick-fil-A team has a special role to play in powering the business. To support our amazing team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader of Back of House. This person will be responsible for assisting the Director Team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in a high volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and major holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional taste of food and ensuring that guests have a positive and timely dinning experience
  • Monitoring food quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
  • Coach and mentor team members for improved work performance
  • Training and developing team members to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with labor management to ensure proper staffing levels and labor cost controls.
  • Collaborating with other leaders to problem solve day to day issues that arise and to minimize hindrances the team may display during their day
  • Fosters a culture of caring.
  • Upholding Chick-fil-A's values and culture by leading by example and demonstrating integrity, respect, and excellence in all aspects of the job.
  • Assists with the in-restaurant operation as needed.
  • Others duties as assigned
