Our kitchen runs on reliability, consistency, and teamwork. We’re looking for strong cooks who can help lead by example and keep shifts running smoothly.

What This Role Is:
A reliable, experienced line cook who helps hold the shift together
A go-to team member during busy service
Someone who sets the tone for pace and accountability

What This Role Is NOT:
Not a salaried manager role
No direct reports or formal disciplinary responsibilities
No scheduling or hiring responsibilities

Requirements

• 1+ years of line cook or kitchen experience required
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Consistent attendance and reliability
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy shifts
• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)

Responsibilities

• Work all stations (grill, fryer, prep, expo) during high-volume shifts
• Help keep the kitchen on pace and maintain ticket times
• Lead by example in work ethic, urgency, and consistency
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Support team organization and communication during service
• Assist with prep, stock, and kitchen setup
• Follow and reinforce food safety and sanitation standards
• Step in to help wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
