About The Position
We are looking for Kitchen Servers to join our team ! Recently re-opened, Poulet Bleu is a French-inspired bistro in the heart of Lawrenceville. We feature elegant plates in the French culinary technique with a modern, seasonal style. Kitchen Servers support the FOH team by running food and drinks, resetting tables, interacting with guests, and assisting witih barbacking as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of high volume, upscale restaurant experience
- Open availability incuding nights and weekends
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- A love of modern food and drink
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift inlcuding bending and stooping
