About The Position

Responsible for keeping the buffet serving line and associated storage areas properly stocked, clean, and orderly. Retrieve food items from kitchen and storeroom areas to replenish the buffet serving line. Visually monitor to ensure that food meetings quality standards. Deliver and store food in kitchen area; ensure food is properly rotated and kept in a neat, organized manner. Adhere to sanitation and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time for the majority of a shift.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with varying levels of noise, temperature, and lighting.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
  • Must be able to wear designated sanitary items (e.g. gloves, hair restraints, etc.).
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
