Requirements

  • Able to work flexible hours and staff Home Show booths
  • Must be enthusiastic, dependable and present a professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients’ homes
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Smartphone and computer-proficiency
  • Must have a valid US driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Follows-up on all leads within 24-hrs of initial contact and enters info into CRM system
  • Maintains consistent flow of communication with clients throughout the entire process, from initial contact to qualification to completed project
  • Creates outside leads apart from those generated by franchise’s own advertising
  • Qualifies clients and gathers information on all job-related products in order to make an in-home presentation
  • Determines customers preferences and quotes services based on kitchen lay-out and design with the goal of creating a sale
  • Takes “before” photos of all jobs for sales and marketing purposes
  • Collects and processes customers’ payments
  • Meets with the installer at the job site prior to start of project to cover all necessary details and ensure accuracy
  • Meets with customer at project completion to inspect work, collect final payment, take “after’ photos, go-over post-completion packet and present final thank you gift
  • Must be able to work at least one Saturday a month
  • Always asks for the sale and business
  • Work the showroom at least one day a week
