Responsibilities

Steward daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and project lists.
Share weekly insights on ways the team can improve routine cleaning and organization.
Operate dishwasher at specified time intervals to ensure dishes are always caught up.
Learn how to conduct pressure fryer oil changes.
Perform physical work, including lifting 5-15lbs frequently.
