This job requires multi-tasking and the ability to work well with others in the kitchen area. Such duties would include: sweeping, mopping, food safety & sanitation. Also, working the grill, fryers, and prep line. The grills require making meat, eggs, etc. The fryers require cooking chicken products. The prep line requires making sandwiches and working with others to complete orders. The Guest Experience Leader gets to create feel-good moments every day with customers by greeting guests, offering help with ordering kiosks, checking on customer satisfaction, and handling any concerns.
