This role emphasizes accuracy, pace, food safety, and organization. Prep directly impacts throughput, accuracy, and food quality by following recipes, adhering to portioning standards, and supporting BOH production needs. This role is foundational to two pillars of Winning Hearts Every Day: Craveable Food and Operational Excellence.
