The Kitchen Prep Supervisor is a seasonal, full-time position with potential opportunities for year-round employment. The position requires availability for days and weekends in April and days, nights, and weekends from May to September. The Prep Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food service prep. This role ensures that food is prepped safely and that all paperwork is completed. You are the "conductor" of the prep, managing the prep staff and the flow and production of prep.
