Responsibilities

• Chops, washes, and prepares all produce items.
• Assembling salads, wraps, parfaits, fruit trays, and any other cold prep items.
• Accurately weighs and counts each prep item.
• Move with urgency and maintain attentiveness, courtesy, and friendliness.
• Ensures orders are complete and accurate.
• Constantly cleaning and stocking areas in the restaurant.
• Cleans various areas of the restaurant, including tables, counters, floors, and trash bins.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety procedures.
• Assist with all food preparation and set up when required.
• Follow procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant leadership.
