As part of Major League Operations, the Visiting Clubhouse Kitchen Porter assists our sous chef in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while supporting food preparation and inventory management tasks Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with local health department regulations. Perform dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties, and organization of kitchen equipment and food storage areas. Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils in designated areas. Restock and inventory snacks, drinks, coffee, and other items in the dining area. The ideal candidate will have three to six months of experience or training in the service industry as well as: Must be available to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends during baseball season Must be available to arrive up to three (3) hours prior to game time Must be at least 18 years of age Hours vary according to the game and event schedule. Must be available to arrive up to three (3) hours prior to game time. ,
