Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems.
• Setting goals and delegating tasks to their teams.
• Following up and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure high quality food delivery, food safety, controlled food costs, and training of kitchen staff.
• People Department Managers are responsible for hiring qualified crew, training them, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals.
• Service Department Managers ensure memorable customer experiences, proper execution of sales promotions, and training of service staff.
