Requirements

- Flexible with their schedule
- Physically able to lift and carry 10-50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently, all while meeting Chick-fil-A's high standards
- Mastering all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Keeping the kitchen stocked, clean, and orderly at all times
- Staying updated on new products and rolling them out with enthusiasm
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance issues
- Maintaining personal knowledge through in-house training and staying informed about any changes
- Completing all assigned opening or closing tasks
- Adhering to Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code
