Job Purpose: Performs preventive, predictable maintenance and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Maintains and repairs commercial kitchen equipment by routinely inspecting steamers, broilers, grills and appliances, repairing or replacing broken or defective parts, scheduling routine inspections, and performing preventative maintenance services as required. Maintains a safe work and storage area by cleaning and organizing designated storage area, storing tools and materials, repairing or replacing old or broken tools following established procedures, and following established safety standards while using tools.
