The Brass Tap is seeking a driven and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced sports bar Kitchen. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create an exciting, high-energy guest experience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business in the kitchen, including kitchen staff management, Kitchen inventory, ordering, cooking and compliance. To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to: Source, select, and grow great kitchen team members Manage kitchen inventory, kitchen prep work and cooking Deliver superb guest experiences & fantastic food Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for your guests Ensure adherence to all food safety
