About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our Back of House team in a fast-paced, casual full-service restaurant. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, take pride in building strong teams, and are passionate about delivering consistently great food—we want to meet you. High-volume BOH management experience is strongly preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • BOH leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working evenings and late nights

  • High-volume BOH management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily BOH operations
  • Oversee food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff
  • Create and manage schedules (flexibility required; late nights included)
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Work closely with FOH leadership to ensure smooth service
