Established in 1973, The Daily Catch is a family-owned Sicilian-style seafood and pasta restaurant group and a wholesale seafood distributor based out of Boston’s Fish Pier. Our Takeout Window is a fast-casual concept focused on New England classics — fried fish, lobster rolls, and seafood pastas — serving guests quickly for takeout and delivery. We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Kitchen Manager who can own and execute the day-to-day operations of our quick-service restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be on the line, in the window, running the register, and setting the pace for the team every shift. The ideal candidate comes from a strong QSR or high-volume kitchen background and brings systems, structure, and a high standard of execution
