As a valued member of our team your compensation package would include: 55,000-60,000/annually Medical, dental and vision plans Paid time off Retirement savings plan with 3% match 50% employee discount Free meals This is where you come in… Your Impact Serving as CRG’s Kitchen Manager your core responsibility is to oversee the kitchen staff and food quality and consistency across multiple CRG restaurants. You will work collaboratively with our executive team to ensure proper back of the house operations and to enhance the customer experience. You will also be charged with upholding company-wide standards as well as safety and sanitation standards. As CRG’s Kitchen Manager you will work to maintain a positive work culture; and actively develop kitchen staff, particularly Kitchen Leads.

  • Conducting regular inventory across CRG locations
  • Assisting with prep list adjustments and edits
  • Overseeing kitchen ordering and submitting food and kitchen supply orders in a timely manner
  • Assisting with new menu item roll-out across CRG locations
  • Developing and translating recipe builds in conjunction with the executive team
  • Acquiring a deep knowledge of CRG menus; including but not limited to ingredients, plating, and allergens

  • Overseeing and maintaining safety and sanitation standards
