Highland’s Bar & Grill is seeking a driven, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality food, strong teams, and well-run kitchens. As Kitchen Manager , you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations—from staff leadership and food quality to inventory, safety, and cost control. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive kitchen culture, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth, efficient service every day.
