Summary/Objective: We are seeking an experienced and organized Kitchen Manager to oversee the operations of our convenience store’s kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety standards are met, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized. This position reports directly to the Food and Beverage manager but collaborates with the Store Manager of the store in which they work.
