About The Position

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Culinary Manager to assist our PM operations in the evenings from 3-11pm. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. If you thrive under pressure, know how to keep standards high, and enjoy coaching a collaborative team-this role is for you with premium compensation ranging from $27-$30 an hour.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or management role
• Strong coaching mindset and a collaborative leadership style

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
• Coach team members to deliver quality, consistency, and speed
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
• Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service
• Reinforce a culture of respect, care, and attention to detail
• Ability to be hands-on/work from position
