Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
• A strong line cook or sous chef ready to step into management
• A current KM who wants more structure, support, and growth
• Someone who leads from the front and holds teams accountable

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH during service and ensure strong execution
• Maintain DOH compliance and food safety standards
• Train, coach, and hold team accountable to performance
• Own prep, pars, ordering, and kitchen organization
• Partner with FOH to ensure smooth service flow
