Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years management experience, managing a kitchen
  • Availability to work nights and weekends. After all, that’s where the action is at!
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized planner who works well under timeline pressures and tackling multiple priorities
  • Capable problem-solver and thinking on your feet
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
  • A desire to show off what you've got and what heights you can take the business!

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Energy: Owning day-to-day operations and delivering food that consistently impresses our guests
  • Set the standard for food quality, presentation, and safety by leading from the front and coaching your team
  • Drive smooth, efficient service by planning prep, managing workflow and staying calm under pressure
  • Support Your Team: Through hands-on training, feedback and support, build a confident and capable kitchen team
  • Take ownership of inventory, ordering, and cost controls to reduce waste and support strong venue performance
  • Partner closely with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, event execution and guest experience
  • Create and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by championing health, hygience and safety standards
  • Develop your skills and those of your team while mastering all aspects of a bustling entertainment venue
