About The Position

As a Kitchen Manager, you'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our kitchen, working alongside our talented culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You'll be a key player in food preparation, menu execution, and team development, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency. Requirements

  • A passion for food and culinary excellence.
  • Proven experience in a kitchen environment (3-6 months preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
  • ServSafe Food Manager certified.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, including food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service equipment and current culinary trends.

  • Team Player: Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize workflow and ensure seamless service.
