The Kitchen Manager is the captain of the kitchen. They work closely with GM and AGM to operate the restaurant with their primary focus on all things kitchen and food. Runs Great Shifts and run the kitchen on a daily basis - Knows How to Run the Show and Deliver Flawless Execution for Our Guests and Team, Today, Tomorrow, and Beyond. Ever been to a Chipotle and thought wow this place would be rad if it were more fun and the food tasted better? So did we! Since 1995, we have been pushing the boundaries of what fast casual food is.
