About The Position

As the Back of House Manager at Chick-fil-A South Hickory, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality food production through precision and accuracy. You will be responsible for observing and implementing rigorous quality- assurance and food-safety procedures. Requirements

Proven experience in a casual dining restaurant, with a track record in leadership and facilities management.
Previous roles such as manager, supervisor, crew lead, assistant manager, or kitchen manager are highly desirable.
Demonstrated consistency, reliability, and a cheerful positive attitude.
Strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for serving and helping others.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
Needs to have open availability
