Tre Rivali is a Mediterranean restaurant with a growing emphasis on Levantine flavors and live-fire cooking. This role is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving daily kitchen operations, with primary responsibility for dinner service. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, this position leads service, supports the team, and helps maintain a high standard of food quality and execution. Senior leadership manages the broader administrative and operational responsibilities, allowing this role to stay focused on the kitchen, the food, and the team. This role is well-suited for someone continuing to build toward senior kitchen leadership, or someone looking for a position that offers responsibility and growth without taking on the full scope of an Executive Chef role.
