Requirements

  • Available to work 30-50 hours per week including Saturdays. Starting wage $15-17/hr
  • Available for Day (5am-4pm), Mid (10am-8pm), and/or Evening (2pm-11pm) Shifts
  • Able to quickly and thoroughly complete challenging tasks, while staying focused, for several hours at a time
  • Enjoys and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Sharing a smile, maintaining eye contact, and speaking with an enthusiastic tone comes naturally
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Enjoys physical activity and able to work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Submit to Hot Springs Chick-fil-A and Chick-fil-A leadership, policies, culture and dress code

  • 1-3 Years Kitchen Leadership Experience
