Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of achieving food cost and labor goals.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Drive profitability by controlling food costs, managing labor expenses, and maximizing efficiency.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing kitchen team through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals.
