Role Summary: Managers are the restaurant leaders who ensure excellence in all areas. They have an expert knowledge of their area as well as an advanced knowledge of every area in the store. They actively seek to take initiative in improving their area of responsibility, utilizing all available resources. They are tasked with always having a total store focus, seeking to lead the team to delivering quality food and service at all times.
