The Nutrition Group has an open position of Kitchen Manager for School Food Service. This position entails overseeing food production and staff training at a large K-12 School Cafeteria Operation. Academic School Year - 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and or 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Two Positions: Kitchen Manager - Permanent Location. Floater Kitchen Manager - Travels between different school locations to provide interim management, cover staff shortages and ensure consistent, high-quality food service operations. Manage teams, maintain safety standards, ServSafe, handle inventory and oversee production, requiring high adaptability and strong leadership skills.
