Responsibilities

Maintain highly efficient prep systems to ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage our kitchen staff. Foster a positive, energetic, and high-performance team culture.
Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage, control labor costs, and ensure smooth service flow.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, inventory management, ordering, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
