The Kitchen Manager oversees daily Kitchen Operations and provides leadership and direction to achieve profitable operations of all Kitchen related service in the company. The Kitchen Manager ensures that all programs offered through the Kitchen are executed consistently in the store. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for development of all direct reports. The Kitchen Manager is to continually grow the team's capacity for efficiency, effectiveness, and service to meet the company's succession needs. The individual is expected to be a role model of the company by driving results while maintaining company core values.
