About The Position

We’re seeking a talented and driven Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations, inspire our culinary team, and deliver exceptional quality with every dish that leaves our kitchen. As our Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the full culinary operation, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality food production, and compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading BOH teams in a full-service restaurant
  • Minimum 5 years’ cooking experience in a full-service environment
  • High School Diploma required; culinary degree or certification preferred
  • ServSafe Manager or other nationally recognized food service certification
  • Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and forecasting
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead, train, and develop BOH staff including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
  • Conduct weekly planning, including ordering, scheduling, and prep planning
  • Ensure recipe adherence, food quality, and consistency of all dishes
  • Maintain proper inventory processes, cost control, and waste tracking
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee administrative requirements including certifications, timecards, and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with the General Manager, Corporate Chef, and Operations team
