About The Position
The Kitchen Manger is responsible for assisting kitchen staff to properly prepare food, maintain sanitary conditions and supervise all kitchen staff in completing daily tasks. Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- You are interested in working on a team
- You have previous management experience
Responsibilities
- Assisting kitchen staff in preparing food
- Supervising the proper preparation of food and prep items
- Enforcing and participating in all cleaning policies
- Coaching team members when necessary to achieve department goals
- Assist Executive Chef with assigned tasks
