About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated culinary professional to lead and support our kitchen operations, with a primary focus on our Bar & Grill food service. Requirements

Proven experience working in a high-volume kitchen, including line cooking experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a culinary setting preferred
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory management
Ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience with banquet or event service is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations for the Bar & Grill, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency
Work actively on the line, leading by example during service and maintaining high culinary standards
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and accountable team culture
Manage inventory levels, including tracking usage, minimizing waste, and maintaining accurate records
Order food, supplies, and kitchen products in a timely and cost-effective manner
Create and execute menu specials that align with seasonal availability and customer preferences
Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with management on menu planning, cost control, and operational improvements
Provide support to banquet kitchen operations as needed, ensuring seamless execution of events
