About The Position
We’re seeking a strong Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with a guaranteed bonus structure and a supportive, team-driven culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef, KM, or equivalent)
- Strong grasp of BOH operations and kitchen systems
- Reliable, organized, and team-focused
- Someone who leads by example and cares about people
Responsibilities
- Lead and train a consistent, high-performing BOH team
- Oversee prep, execution, inventory, food safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure quality and speed in a high-volume kitchen
- Monitor food and labor costs
- Be a hands-on leader who sets the tone for the team
