About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, basic cost/math skills, and recipe development/costing ability
  • Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays) and thrives in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary degree and ServSafe/Food Handler preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, prep, and service execution
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage culinary team performance
  • Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food production forecasting
  • Enforce recipes, quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • Support restaurant leadership and assist in manager coverage as needed
  • Communicate and execute company initiatives and operational updates
