The Kitchen Manager position is a fantastic opportunity to lead a 100% scratch kitchen. The Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all dining room and kitchen systems and operations, ensuring effective shifts in all aspects of the restaurant. This role includes providing direction, coaching, training, and development for assistant managers and team members, focusing on food quality, service standards, safety, sanitation, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The Kitchen Manager will communicate goals to the General Manager and Local Owner regularly and maintain cleanliness and sufficient supply levels for team members. Additionally, the role involves managing BOH schedules, inventory procedures, budgets, and staffing levels to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
